Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your Name, Address and Contact Details.
Little Addis will endeavour to process and despatch your order within 2-3 working days.
Little Addis use third party couriers (APC Overnight, DPD and others) to deliver items. The delivery takes place on working days (Monday to Friday) and the courier provides the customer via text and email a two hour delivery slot. Please note that while the courier strives to deliver within the designated window, there are circumstances such as for example increased traffic or any Covid-19 related complications which might mean a delay in getting the order to you. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused.
Should a Saturday delivery be required please contact Little Addis at email@example.com as Saturday deliveries carry a surcharge. There are no Sunday or Bank Holiday deliveries.
Should any product arrive damaged or unsuitable for use then please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery for a complete refund. In some cases we will ask for the product to be returned and we will organise its collection at a time to suit. Do not dispose of any such product unless directed to do so by Customer Services or we may not be able to issue a refund.
If you wish to change or cancel an order before despatch please contact us as soon as you can at email@example.com
Please provide the following information:
– Customer name
– Order number
– Date of the order
If possible we will try and prevent your order from being despatched but as orders are normally processed immediately we may have already packaged your order and sent it to you.
If this is the case then we cannot always stop the goods from arriving as ordered. In such cases, once you receive the order, you will have to return it to us within 10 days of delivery. If you wish to cancel and return the order within 10 days of delivery, we will refund the cost of the item & the cost of delivery but not the cost of returning the goods to us. We will only do this provided you have contacted us and informed us of your intent to do so and the goods have not been opened or damaged.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
Little Addis has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Little Addis shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
